Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our Ascend at Horizon Uptown property in Aurora, CO. You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related tasks while delivering top-notch customer service to residents and preserving curb appeal.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in property maintenance or related field, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring and carpentry.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to ensure safety and curb appeal.
• Inspect property for issues and coordinate timely repairs.
• Assist with emergencies (snow, weather, fires, floods) as needed.
• Maintain communication with maintenance leadership about issues and status.
• Promote safety and risk management per local, state and company policies.
