Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Perform repairs (electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Maintain grounds, safety standards, and curb appeal.
