Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Ascend at Horizon Uptown. You will lead the maintenance team to meet daily tasks, service requests, and unit turns while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry, supervising work orders, and coordinating with property leadership. A strong customer-service mindset and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily maintenance tasks and respond to service requests.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances as needed.
• Manage work orders and monitor responsiveness and resident satisfaction.
• Mentor maintenance staff and coordinate with property manager and vendors.
• Assist with emergency response and on-call duties as needed.
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met and property standards maintained.
