Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance and daily operations at the Antioch property. The role involves cleaning, grounds upkeep, and responding promptly to resident requests while supporting the maintenance team and manager.

Strong safety awareness and basic on-site software use are required. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines, and a commitment to reliable on-site presence, safety, and customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Clean, maintain, and help with grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and safety practices.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold community standards.
