Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance at our Orlando community. You will perform routine and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, keep common areas clean, and support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety rules including OSHA. You must be available for on-call emergencies and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and general upkeep of grounds and buildings.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Ensure repairs and preventive maintenance are completed on schedule.
• Identify hazardous conditions and support safety practices.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage.
