Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in the maintenance processes of our property, handling corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

This role requires daily on-site presence, ability to move loads, perform makes-ready tasks, respond to work orders, and uphold safety standards including OSHA guidelines. We offer a safety-conscious workplace and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must understand on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of property including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks.
• Perform make-ready tasks under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
