Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in the maintenance processes of the property under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role includes routine and preventive maintenance, grounds keeping, and responding to resident requests.

Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, safety compliance with OSHA guidelines, and contributing to a positive image of the community. On-call emergencies may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and regular on-site attendance.
• Clean, maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas; respond to requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements are completed timely and inspect for hazards.
• Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program and safety policies.
• Participate in unit inspections and report violations to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations and uphold policies.
