Asset Living in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Porter to support maintenance and make-ready tasks across our community. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor, handle daily upkeep of grounds and common areas, and help respond to resident requests in a timely manner.

Qualifikationen

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Aufgaben

Assist in maintaining processes and make-ready tasks.
Daily onsite attendance; clean, trash removal, and grounds maintenance of common areas and units.
Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
Perform pool and exterior area upkeep; ensure safety and compliance with policies.
Maintain a preventative maintenance program and inspect properties daily.
Report observed safety hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
