Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in the maintenance processes of the property, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance, including make-ready work to align with property objectives.

Responsibilities include daily on-site presence, grounds cleanup, responding to work orders, and supporting safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community maintenance and grounds, including make-ready units and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform daily clean up of exterior of the community and maintain safety and cleanliness of grounds.
• Inspect and maintain pools, buildings, and common areas.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for community areas and units are completed.
• Enforce community policies and provide courteous, responsive resident relations.
