Asset Living is seeking a reliable Porter to support maintenance operations at a Jacksonville property. You will assist in corrective, preventative, and routine tasks, manage on-site grounds, and respond to resident requests to keep common areas in top condition.

Strong attention to safety, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work varied shifts including on-call emergencies are essential. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities for growth within Asset Living.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Carry out maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways and common areas and respond to work orders.
• Assist in unit inspections and ensure timely repairs and safety compliance.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage at the community.
