Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance operations across our communities. The role supports corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks plus the make-ready process under supervision.

You will respond to service requests, maintain property grounds and facilities, and help ensure safety standards are followed. On-call shifts and on-site presence are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist in make-ready process under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe maintenance shop and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
