Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing.
• Strong English communication for safety and productivity.
• Five+ years of supervisory maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Department staff, provide training, assign work, and monitor performance.
• Plan maintenance budgets and coordinate with local vendors and contractors.
• Establish maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks to meet property needs.
• Maintain EPA logs, MSDS sheets, and pool logs; ensure compliance with certifications.
• Monitor inventories and ensure safe, orderly shop conditions.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate outside contractors as needed.
