Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team across Florida communities. The role involves ensuring the condition of amenities and apartments, performing essential trades, and maintaining curb appeal to attract residents.

The candidate should have 5+ years in maintenance, knowledge of HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems, and be able to manage move-in/move-out inspections, safety guidelines, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Applied trades training on mechanics, electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) may be required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Department staff and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Plan maintenance budgets and coordinate vendor/contractor dealings.
• Establish maintenance schedules and priorities to meet property needs.
• Track service requests and close records on completion in the system.
• Maintain EPA logs, MSDS, and asset inventories; ensure compliance with warranty terms.
• Available for on-call duty, nights and weekend work.
