Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• High school diploma - preferred.
• Required Certifications: EPA Core, Type I-Appliances, Type II-HVAC, Certified Pool Operator.

Responsibilities

• Using independent judgment, completes maintenance employee schedules and communicates assignments to maintenance staff.
• Responsible for safety and skill training for all maintenance employees.
• Daily property and grounds inspection to look for needed maintenance and liability hazards.
• Understands OSHA and safety requirements and company policies.
• Inspects, maintains, installs, repairs, replaces, and cleans equipment.
