Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Up to 299 units in one community.
• Advanced computer skills to coordinate and respond to requests.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign maintenance staff.
• Coordinate site staffing with Community Manager.
• Identify training needs and schedule programs.
• Ensure safety training for all maintenance staff.
• Inspect property and grounds for issues and hazards.
• Oversee repairs and preventive maintenance per standards.
