Job summary

BH Management, LLC is a leading multifamily owner and operator seeking a Service Manager I to coordinate maintenance staff across our properties. You will prepare work schedules, assign tasks, oversee repairs, and monitor monthly maintenance budgets.

The role emphasizes safety, OSHA compliance, and upkeep of interiors and exteriors, including potential new construction work. You will ensure tools are secured, conduct asset inspections, and support resident satisfaction through timely service.

Qualifications

• Four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Experience with up to 200 units in one community.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology to coordinate and respond to resident/management requests.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritizes tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assign maintenance staff schedules; coordinate with Community Manager.
• Conduct safety training and property safety audits.
• Inspect property and grounds daily; ensure repairs meet BH standards and manage renovations.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and document compliance.
• Respond to resident requests and participate in on-call rotations.
