Job summary

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology to coordinate and respond to requests.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritizes tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance staff and communicate assignments.
• Assist with site staffing needs with Community Manager.
• Coordinate and schedule training for employees.
• Ensure safety and skill training for all maintenance staff.
• Inspect property and grounds for maintenance needs and hazards.
• Oversee repairs and preventive maintenance per BH standards.
• Respond to resident requests per company guidelines.
