Qualifications

• Minimum four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Up to 299 units in one community.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology to coordinate and respond to requests.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritizes tasks.
• High School diploma - preferred.
• Required Certifications: EPA Core, Type I-Appliances, Type II-HAVC, Certified Pool Operator
• Required to provide own (industry specific) hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance staff and assign daily tasks.
• Oversee safety training and audits for the team.
• Inspect property and grounds for maintenance needs and address repairs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety requirements.
• Inspect, install, repair, and source equipment as needed.
• Support preventive maintenance programs per BH guidelines.
• Ensure team understands and follows BH policies.
• Maintain tool security and availability.
• Share on-call duties and respond to resident requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned
