Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills to coordinate and help respond to resident/management requests.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Oversee 300-500 units in one community.
• Required Certifications: EPA 608 Type I/II/Universal, HVAC or Universal; Certified Pool Operator as required by local jurisdiction.
• Working knowledge of appliance repairs.
• Working knowledge of HVAC repairs.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate maintenance staff schedules and communicate assignments.
• Provide safety and skill training for maintenance staff.
• Inspect property and grounds for maintenance needs and hazards.
• Ensure repairs and replacements are completed per company standards.
• Assist with monitoring resident satisfaction and follow-up by maintenance staff.
• Comply with OSHA and safety requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain and secure company-issued tools; participate in on-call rotations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
