Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the property’s building systems, budget and vendor management, and day-to-day operations while mentoring a maintenance team. The role includes on-call rotation and a focus on safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, unit turns, and inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily or hospitality.
• At least 2 years in a lead, senior technician, or supervisory role.
• Advanced level of general trade knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all major building systems.
• Own budgeting, scheduling, vendor management and projects.
• Troubleshoot, diagnostics, and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, etc.
• Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies cost-effectively.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Support timely completion of work orders, emergencies, and unit turns.
• Perform on-call service requests and emergency calls as needed.
• Help resolve escalated service concerns.
• Manage, develop and mentor maintenance team members.
• Maintain workflow, train, and uphold team accountability.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Complete unit inspections and maintain documentation.
• Support quality control across work orders, unit turns and building upkeep.
• Maintain inventory of basic personal tools.
