Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Ballwin, MO to oversee facility operations and mentor the maintenance team. You will ensure safety, reliability, and resident satisfaction while coordinating with vendors.

The role requires hands-on expertise across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, strong leadership, and a commitment to preventive maintenance. Expect an on-site schedule with on-call rotation and opportunities for growth within a growing multifamily

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of maintenance experience, preferably within multifamily or hospitality.
• At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role with advanced trade knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; EPA Universal and CPO required.
• Intermediate computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all major building systems and facility operations.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, vendors, and project work.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Organize supplies and maintain cost-effective inventories.
