Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs in a multi-unit property setting.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Ability to diagnose and fix equipment and systems in occupied apartments and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Perform make-ready tasks and coordinate vendor activities for vacant units.
• Track inventory and return items to storage on completion of tasks.
• Document service requests accurately for records and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
