Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, and amenities to meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance, making-ready vacant units, inventory control, and documentation. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license; on-call evenings, weekends and holidays are possible.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification required (Type 1 and II or Universal).
• A valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code requirements.
• Makes ready for new move-ins by inspecting, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Manages materials and inventory, files documentation, and tracks service requests.

Education
