Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at Capitol Rose, ensuring safety, compliance, and high resident satisfaction. You will coordinate service requests, supervise staff, and manage routine and preventive tasks to uphold property standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and experience in property management with a supervisory background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role required.
• CFC/HVAC/EPA certification preferred; general maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage service requests, preventive maintenance, and unit turns.
• Supervise maintenance team and mentor staff.
