Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Capitol Rose, responsible for daily maintenance operations, safety, and compliance across the property. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage service requests, and ensure quality unit turns while upholding budget guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on maintenance skills, strong communication, and a focus on resident satisfaction. On-call rotation and a Monday–Friday schedule with after-hours support are required to ensure

• Familiarity with basic office equipment and record-keeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate service requests, unit make-ready standards, and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and maintain professional demeanor.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related systems.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor on-call emergency response and assist property leadership as needed.
