Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team across buildings, grounds, and amenities. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cost control while ensuring all work meets company standards for cleanliness and functionality.

You will supervise daily tasks, manage work orders, and assist in budget planning. Knowledge of OSHA/MSDS, and experience with property management software are required; weekend coverage may be needed as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience in building maintenance or apartment maintenance preferred.
• Strong communication and safety/regulatory knowledge (OSHA, MSDS) and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and participate in hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Oversee Make Ready process and fulfill resident service requests.
• Inspect work for quality and safety; manage budgets and inventory with Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws, policies, and procedures; document safety meetings and inspections.
