Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, oversee repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensure the property meets high standards of safety, cleanliness, and appearance.

You will diagnose issues, manage vendor work, and maintain budgets while delivering strong customer service to residents and staff. Weekend availability and a proactive, safety‑minded approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisor experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite) and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team and supervise Make Ready process.
• Diagnose and repair defects in buildings, grounds, and common areas.
• Inspect work, ensure safety standards, and control budget within guidelines.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and review with Community Manager.
• Address resident and vendor service requests and ensure timely resolutions.
