Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality in line with company standards.

You will lead the maintenance team, manage work orders and preventive maintenance, oversee contractors, and control costs while maintaining safety and high service levels for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling; CPO/SPO or state equivalents are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team; interview, hire, orient, and train new hires; oversee Make Ready process.
• Diagnose and repair resident service requests; perform routine upkeep per policies and safety standards.
• Inspect work, manage contractors, ensure quality; stay within budget; maintain inventory.
• Keep informed of technology and industry standards; perform monthly preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrate customer service in all interactions with employees, residents, and vendors.
• Resolve complaints and other duties as assigned.
