Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site teams, manage work orders, and maintain our properties to high standards. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and coordinate with vendors and the Community Manager to meet budget targets.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance, OSHA/MSDS knowledge, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite. Weekend coverage and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA/MSDS knowledge desirable.
• 1–3 years of supervision experience in maintenance.
• 2–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Manage work orders, make ready process, and safety compliance.
• Inspect work, verify quality, and supervise external contractors.
• Assist with budget development and cost-control measures.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal of property.
