• Ability to diagnose defects, perform repairs and maintain service quality.
• Familiarity with safety, code requirements, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform maintenance on building interiors, exteriors, grounds and amenities.
• Manage Make Ready processes and vendor interactions.
• Review and respond to service requests and routine upkeep.
• Inspect work, ensure quality, stay within budget for materials and tools.
• Contribute to annual maintenance budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
