Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building maintenance, grounds, and common areas on one or more properties. You will lead the maintenance team, review work orders, and ensure quality, safety, and budget adherence.

The role requires OSHA/MSDS knowledge, 1–3 years of supervisory experience in property maintenance, and the ability to schedule and supervise preventative tasks. Weekend hours and on‑site work are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Experience as a maintenance supervisor or lead in multi‑family housing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and MSDS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and conduct employee evaluations.
• Respond to resident service requests and diagnose defects.
• Plan and manage preventive maintenance and budget for maintenance/capital expenses.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the property, and compliance with policies.
