Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform essential maintenance for our multifamily properties. You will lead and train a maintenance team, manage work orders, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and functional systems across buildings and grounds.

The role requires experience in apartment maintenance, strong communication, and knowledge of industry standards. Flexible schedule and local travel may be needed, with competitive benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• Experience leading a maintenance team in multifamily properties.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required; CPO/CPO certificate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform maintenance on building interiors, exteriors, and common areas to meet company standards.
• Manage make-ready process from hiring to completion.
• Review work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs per safety and code requirements.
• Maintain inventory, manage budget for maintenance, and drive cost-control measures.
• Ensure safety and quality standards; conduct safety meetings and training.
