Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community. The role includes managing staff, responding to service requests, and ensuring safety standards are met on-site.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular, on-call evening/weekend duties may be required; compensation includes a full benefits package.
