Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across communities. You will manage staff, coordinate service requests, and ensure safety standards and EPA/OSHA compliance while maintaining a preventative maintenance program.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance personnel, ordering supplies within budget, inspecting facilities, and delivering high-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community and staff.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
