Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, coordinating service requests, and guiding staff to ensure timely repairs and safety compliance.

You will work with the Community Manager to supervise, train, and schedule maintenance activities, manage inventories, and maintain records while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and supervise maintenance staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features to identify hazards and maintenance needs.
• Manage maintenance inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and ensure safety compliance.
