Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and leadership capabilities are essential.
• Proficiency with on-site maintenance software platforms and basic computers.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and basic safety practices is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and staff.
• Daily on-site attendance and coordination of work orders.
