Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across communities. You will manage staff, coordinate work orders, and ensure safety and compliance while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.

This role requires EPA & CPO certification and basic computer skills. A strong focus on preventative maintenance and budget-conscious procurement is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification; HVAC knowledge is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required to perform onsite software tasks.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Schedule work orders and respond to resident/management requests.
• Inspect grounds and units daily to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget guidelines.
• Ensure OSHA safety practices and compliance across property staff.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and assist with make-ready tasks.
