Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across the community, manage staff and vendor activities, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.

You will coordinate service requests, schedule preventive maintenance, monitor budgets, and maintain records. Regular onsite attendance, strong communication, and a proactive approach to risk and resident satisfaction are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and on-site coordination of service requests and work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for safety and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and preventive maintenance program.
• Provide customer service to residents and manage on-call emergencies.

Education
