Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, staffing, safety compliance, and customer service.

You'll work with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors, maintain records, manage on-call emergencies, and ensure cost-effective repairs while upholding OSHA guidelines and Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• Maintenance management of a community property.
• Ability to coordinate service requests and work orders.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines and hazard awareness.
• Experience with vendor management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community ensuring timely repairs and preventive tasks.
• Attend onsite daily and respond to resident/management requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee work orders with staff and vendors.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and budget compliance for maintenance supplies.
• Run preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training and direction.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage at the community.
• Keep accurate records of service requests, inspections, and status.
• Promote quality workmanship and professional interactions with residents.
