Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide direction and training
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, EPA/OSHA requirements and quality control
