Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across our communities. You will manage staff and vendors, coordinate work orders, ensure safety standards, and deliver excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, inventory control, on-call emergencies, and keeping accurate records. The role requires on-site presence and strong leadership within a fast-growing property management team.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software systems.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.
• Strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of staff and vendors.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and preventive maintenance for common areas and units; manage inventory.
