Job summary

Asset Living in the United States seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards. You will coordinate service requests, implement preventative maintenance, monitor budgets, and uphold quality service while delivering outstanding customer care to residents.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring regular attendance and on-call readiness, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory within budget.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergencies.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards are followed.
