Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventive maintenance, and staff management. You will work with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors while ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

The role emphasizes on-site management, coordination of repairs, and maintaining records of work orders, inspections, and preventive tasks in a fast-growing real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee daily tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage maintenance supplies and inventory within budget guidelines.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Maintain records on requests, make-ready status, and compliance with OSHA/EPA standards.
