Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, coordinate staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality in line with company standards.

The role requires hands-on management, on-call availability, and a focus on customer service, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance with EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and HVAC considerations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software experience desirable.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community.
• Manage service requests and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain records and inventories; on-call emergencies.
• Plan budget and manage supplies within guidelines.
• Conduct unit inspections and make-ready tasks.
