Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision. You will work with the Community Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant property maintenance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, and coordination with vendors to keep units and common areas in top condition, while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ,
• EPA & CPO certifications required; HVAC desirable.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations and service requests.
• Coordinate work orders with residents, management, and vendors.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training.
