Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, respond to service calls, and manage the turn process for vacant units. You will lead maintenance staff, supervise outside contractors, and help plan preventive maintenance programs to meet budget goals.

The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, along with reliable scheduling and strong communication with residents and the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to manage time and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of property and common areas to standards.
• Respond to service calls promptly and schedule turns within 3–5 business days.
• Train maintenance staff and supervise outside contractors.
• Maintain records, logs and EPA compliance.
• Assist in budget adherence and vendor selection.
