Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide skilled, courteous service to residents. The role partners with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to maintain the property's systems, perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, and ensure timely turnover work with safety and quality in mind.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong time management, adaptability, and clear communication with residents.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, windows).
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, shutters issues and support preventive maintenance.
• Enter new tools/equipment into inventory and ensure safe conditions of all equipment.
