ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily property maintenance, ensure safety, and manage vendor relationships. You will supervise repairs, preventive maintenance, and on-call calls, while upholding the company’s standards and budget.

Qualificações

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• EPA certification preferred.
• If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance of the property and ensure prompt, efficient service calls.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Schedule all apartment turns and turn vacant units within 3–5 business days.
• Train maintenance staff and supervise outside contractors.
• Maintain records and ensure EPA compliance and safety standards.
• Assist in establishing and adhering to the preventive maintenance program.
• Walk move-outs with the Property Manager to determine repair costs and timelines.
• Review daily Detailed Outstanding Service Request reports with the Property Manager.
• Assist in budgeting and ordering maintenance supplies.
