Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, lead a team, and ensure resident satisfaction. You will manage repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections while coordinating with the Property Manager and external vendors.

You will be responsible for responsive service, safety, and budget adherence, along with on-call duties and weekend scheduling as required. The role is full-time and based on-site at our Houston properties.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and repair proficiency across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Ability to schedule turns and coordinate vendor work.
• Effective communication with residents and management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently per policy.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas, pools/jacuzzi, and maintenance shops.
• Train junior maintenance staff and assist in vendor selection.
• Document key property information and maintain preventive maintenance program.
• Inspect and approve contractor work and ensure insurance requirements.
