Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance.
• HVAC certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of property including common areas, pool/jacuzzi, and shops.
• Coordinate apartment turns and maintenance requests to complete within 3–5 business days.
• Lead maintenance staff and train other employees.
• Assist Property Manager with vendor selection, budgeting, and preventive maintenance program.
• Inspect work of contractors and ensure EPA and safety requirements are met.
